Meet Sandra Golaszewski
Sandra Golaszewski, CNM, is a certified nurse midwife at Westover Hills Women’s Health, which has locations throughout San Antonio, Texas.
Sandra’s journey began in Germany, where she was born and raised. After moving to the United States in her twenties, she pursued her passion for caring for others by completing a nursing degree in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Spending years as a dedicated bedside nurse in intensive care, medical-surgical units, and women’s health departments allowed Sandra to hone her clinical skills and deepen her empathy for patients. She then graduated from Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky with a master’s in midwifery, furthering her ability to provide comprehensive care for mothers and babies.
While teaching undergraduate nursing at various colleges and universities allowed Sandra to share her knowledge, her true calling was supporting women through the profound experience of motherhood. Sandra’s gentle presence and unwavering commitment have touched the lives of many families, helping to usher new lives into the world with grace and love.
When not attending to her patient’s, Sandra cherishes spending quality time with her husband and five children. She also enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, and camping in the great outdoors with her beloved family.
